We update our terms when our services or legal obligations change. We notify you by email before any update takes effect, giving you time to review the changes. Continued use of your account after the notice period signals your acceptance of the revised terms.

You can request account closure at any time through our live chat or email channel. We process closure requests within five working days. Transaction records are kept for the legally required retention period; all other profile data is deleted within 90 days of closure.

If your account is suspended pending an identity check, any approved withdrawal to Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost dan FPX or a linked bank via FPX is placed on hold. Once the check is complete and your account is cleared, the withdrawal is processed on the next available cycle.

Submit a written dispute to our compliance desk by email, including your account ID and the transaction reference. We acknowledge within 24 hours and send a full written response within five working days, referencing the specific clause we applied.

The core terms apply to all accounts. Some sections — such as withdrawal verification thresholds and promotional eligibility rules — may differ based on your account tier. Any tier-specific rules are shown in your account dashboard and are considered part of these terms.

Your account agreement is governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which we are licensed to operate. Access to the platform is subject to local law and is available where local law permits. The governing law clause is set out in full in the terms document linked in your account.
